Our office hours are Mon – Fri 8 am – 5 pm. However, since we service clients on a worldwide scale (US, Europe, UK, the Caribbean & Asia) our assistants work on different time schedules and shifts starting from 8 am – 6 pm Monday through Friday for our US Clientele. To facilitate the needs of clients from other time zones around the world we also have a scheduled shift from 10 pm to 6 am as well.
No. The only charges will be your weekly or monthly subscription service fee for the plan you chose. If you only need an assistant for a few hours please contact us to go over the details of your needs to accommodate your request.
You will be contacted by one of our Team Leader within 24 hours after your sign up and they will go over the details of your needs and assign you with an assistant who they think will be the best candidate for you depending on your needs. Normally you can start sending your work the very next day after you sign up (within 24 hours)
We will keep a running total of your hours and send you weekly reports. Or feel free to ask us for a report at any time. If you are running out of time we will notify you well ahead of that.
Yes, we do provide an hourly rate service for $15 per hour. However we encourage our clients to take advantage of our weekly or monthly plans with hourly rates as low as $5 per hour. Our plans are designed in such a way that the higher the plan amount, the lower will be your hourly rate.
There are no contracts and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your service any time before your next billing cycle. Just send us an email to admin@virtualhub1on1.com or just let your Team Leader know about the change and we’ll adjust your plan accordingly.
No. Your monthly fee covers the employee’s salary, benefits, vacation time, bonuses, office space and equipment. It includes scanning, emailing, data input, etc., and unlimited calls throughout the US and Canada.
No. You are billed on a monthly basis in advance. There is no cancellation fee or penalty of any kind. Once you cancel, you will not be billed anymore.
Most of our assistants utilizes English as a first language, with a minimal accent.
Our assistants are college graduates in the field of study where they will be providing you services in. They also has college studies and different backgrounds such as marketing, finance, business, public relations, programming, design, etc.
Yes! You will have a college-educated, assistant that is available to you Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. in your specific time zone.
Virtual Hub 1on1 observes major U.S. holidays. Therefore your assistant will be offline and spending quality time with family and friends on these occasions during the year:

Additionally, your assistant will work a half day on the Wednesday preceding Thanksgiving and on New Year’s Eve. When a holiday falls on a weekend, Virtual Hub 1on1 will follow the U.S federal day of observance.
No problem. You can always email or call our Client Support team and discuss any concerns that you might have if you are not happy with the current assistant. We can always assign you a new assistant if needed, that is a better fit.

Yes, you would be assigned a dedicated assistant who will be your main point of contact on a regular basis. Our assistants are thoroughly trained on most of the regular jobs that we receive from our clients, however since each client has their own requirement, we recommend you to spend some time initially with your dedicated assistant to explain what you need to get done and how you need them done. Spending a little time with your assistant in the beginning always helps in the long run.
Your dedicated assistant can be contacted via phone, email, Skype, whatsapp or any other form of communication you prefer.
Yes they can but with some limitations. Your assistant is happy to contact vendors, make reservations, and place phone calls for you but they cannot make sales or prospecting calls to solicit customers.
Yes and no. Every assistant will be accessible to you by phone. The line will be available for your convenience alone. Your assistant cannot accept calls from contacts, vendors, or service providers on your behalf.
Our phone systems are Voice Over IP (VOIP) and we make sure all the assistants have a great internet connection to assure the quality of your calls.
We use top niche SSL encryption to make sure your data stays safe and protected. Our assistants can’t access any of your personal information that you have provided in the Virtual Hub 1on1 portal.
Before hiring all applicants go through an extensive background check so all of our assistants are trustworthy and we do everything in our powers to maintain a very strict security policy.
Yes they can! Delegating your email inbox to your assistant to read, send, and delete messages on your behalf is a great way to stay on top of email and keep your inbox tidy. However, please note that assistants work exclusively out of Gmail, Yahoo etc. and cannot guarantee support for Outlook, Mail, or other mail clients, though we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Absolutely. Your assistant can coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage your Google Calendar with ease. Simply share and grant your access to your assistant to manage your calendar.
We prefer not to track hours, but progress. We send you daily reports with all of the activities your assistant has worked on and what tasks are pending. Additionally if you want we can send you a weekly report on all the time dedicated to your tasks (hourly plans).
If you go over your limit you can purchase additional hours or upgrade your plan at any time. Just ask your VA for assistance.
As a monthly membership service, our clients subscribe to us for the ability to retain a U.S.-based virtual assistant. While each plan offers a different level of service, as a membership subscription our plan hours do not rollover, and your membership fees are not tied to time specifically. This policy is being followed to be fair to all of our clients. If you are on a 10 hour per week plan, the same assistant helping you might also be helping 2 or 3 other clients and if all the clients decides to carry over their remaining hours, the assistant won’t be able to handle the work load since they are only supposed to work 40 hours a week. Like every organization, employees are our strength and we try to minimize their stress so that they can provide excellent customer service to you. To let you overcome this small disadvantage, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan on monthly basis. If you know that you won’t have enough work for the assistant in the coming month, you can downgrade your plan before your next renewal date and can go back to the original plan when you are ready.
Plans will be automatically renewed on monthly basis starting from the date you signed up. We will bill the monthly subscription fee to the credit card you provided to us during registration and your membership will automatically renew for following month without prior notice, unless you cancel your membership. You must cancel your membership before it renews for the next month’s fees.
We try to make sure that every client is satisfied as possible. However once a membership fee is processed we will be unable to grant refunds not including exceptions stated in the Contract. If you plan on discontinuing membership you can cancel before the next cycle begins.
